As the Board of Directors for Westchester Place Homeowner’s Association, Inc. it gives us great pride to welcome you to our community.

Westchester Place is a small and quaint community that blends the aesthetics of suburban living with the enticing advantages of a truly active lifestyle.  It's a place where brisk morning walks or relaxing evening strolls gives you the opportunity to greet your neighbors.  Ideally located in south Gwinnett County, within 30 minutes access to downtown Atlanta, and many of Georgia’s nationally recognized landmarks.  Our locale offers residents the benefits of owning a new home in a young and vibrant community surrounded by the peace and tranquility of Mother Nature.
