About Us

Established in 2007, Westchester Place is a planned unit development (PUD) structured as a non-profit corporation, which is governed by a community-elected Board of Directors under By Laws, a Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements (CCR&Es), and approved policies, rules, and regulations.  Westchester Place is subject to the GA POA Act.

We are conveniently located in Snellville, GA just off Bethany Church Road and GA Hwy 124. Westchester Place is a small enclave of 94 homes with three sided brick exterior.    We are in the Shiloh Cluster of Gwinnett County Schools including Shiloh High, Shiloh Middle, and Partee Elementary. Residents are only 15 minutes from both the Stonecrest Mall in DeKalb and The Avenues at Webb Ginn in Snellville.  Westchester Place offers convenient access to several commercial retail establishments including Walmart, Grocery chains Publix, Kroger, and Aldis.  Area restaurants include McDonalds, Wendy's, Shanes Rib Shack and Zaxby's.  Banking and Government services are nearby including Postal Service, Fire Station & Police.  Nearby recreational facilities include Lenora Park and Briscoe Park.
